Palo Alto Historical Association responds to City RFP. Pledges, donations, and in-kind gifts top
$1M.

2005:


Pal Alto History Museum becomes a 501(c)(3) and 30 year lease option is granted

2006 – 2010:


National Register status achieved over 4 years; added to local, state and national registers.

2011:


Plans, permit, CUP, archives relocation and Roth TDRs approved

2014:


City establishes Roth Rehab Reserve of $3.88M – ($2.88M in TDRs + transfer of $1M)

2015:


Juana Briones wall to be transferred to Museum.

2017:


First county grant submitted – confirmed in 2020 for $103k and the City challenges PAHM to raise
$1.75M in a year.

2018:


City’s $1.75M challenge exceeded!

2019:


Building permit is approved and PAMs annual revenue nears $1M for the first time

First PAHM exhibit to debut at Pacific Art League
